Once your material is ordered and paid in full, a Sales team member will complete a job order and the job order form will be given to the project coordinator.
All contracts/paperwork will be sent via DocuSign to your email by a Sales Team Member. This paperwork must be completed before the template appointment.
Your Sales Associate will call you within 1 business day after he receives job order to schedule a demolition and/or template appointment.
Templates are only taken on the following days: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. We have 3 available appointment time slots- 9-10 am, 12- 1 pm, and 2-3 pm. Times could vary depending on city and job size. Tuesdays and Thursdays are the days the project coordinator assigns jobs to our fabrication teams and conducts layouts.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot schedule a template appointment if the cabinets are not installed, sink & faucet is not at job site, edge is not selected, necessary paperwork has not been signed, or your material has not arrived.
After templates have been taken, the customer has a choice to participate in the template layout. This optional service is an additional $100 fee. A template layout is the opportunity to view your material with the templates against it. The customer will get to see where the fabricator plans to place cuts/seams and give any input as to which part(s) of the slab you would like to show/not show on your countertops.
Template Layouts are only conducted on Tuesdays and Thursdays
After templates and/or layout have been completed, you will be receiving a call from Your Sales Associate with an installation date. Installation takes place 7 to 10 business days from date of templates or layout, whichever comes later. The turnaround time depends on the size of the job, edge chosen, and current workload at Bella Stones. Please allow 1 business day from day of template or layout to receive a call from your Sales Associate to give you an installation date.
Your Sales Associate will call you again to confirm the install date. Appointments can only be confirmed if you or someone you trust will be at jobsite prior to completion to approve the work, instruct us on location and the amount of faucet holes to drill.
Most installations take 1 full day. After installation has been completed, you will receive from our installers the Inspection Acceptance Form . Please complete and sign it and give it to the installer.
An invoice will be sent via email to you. We do request payment in the form of CASH or CHECK only on the day of the installation for the labor portion of the job.
In the event any finish/additional work needs to be done after installation has been completed, please email your sales associate with multiple pictures and explanation of the work needed.
